Online Registration for the eighth session of the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction (GP2025) closes on May 2, 2025.
The organizers call on everyone wishing to take part in the conference to register as soon as possible via Indico. Please note that access to the venue and to the hybrid platform will only be granted to registered and confirmed participants.
GP2025 will take place in a hybrid format and will be organized by the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) from 2 to 6 June 2025, in Geneva, Switzerland, hosted by the Government of Switzerland. The event will be co-chaired by The Government of Switzerland and UNDRR.
Participants attending GP2025 should ensure that all visa requirements are met prior to arrival in Switzerland. Depending on nationality, a visa may be required to enter the country. A detailed note about visas for Switzerland is available here. It is strongly recommended to apply for a visa as early as possible.
