  • Introduce the Disaster Resilience Scorecard for Cities – Annex for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities and its application for enhancing sub-national disaster risk reduction planning and implementation, including interactive practice session;
  • Share experience from local governments and organizations for persons with disabilities (OPDs) who have applied Disability Inclusion Scorecard and highlight examples of how cities address disability inclusion gaps jointly with OPDs;
  • Foster dialogues between policies makers and persons with disabilities to increase accessibility and meaningful engagement of persons with disabilities and their organizations in DRR planning, decision making and implementation processes, serving as a platform of exchange and discussions.
