Harnessing Risk Understanding: Building Resilience Through Inclusive and Intergenerational Dialogues

This session will explore the vulnerabilities of diverse groups — including women, children, marginalized communities, and displaced populations — in disaster contexts. Through immersive role-playing, interactive discussions, and intergenerational dialogues, participants will gain deeper insights into the unique challenges faced by different demographics.

The discussion will identify barriers and solutions to strengthen resilience, enhance disaster preparedness, and promote inclusive DRR strategies. Outcomes will include actionable insights at local, national, and global levels, inspiring advocacy for at-risk groups and contributing to the development of a Youth Position Paper.
