This High-Level Dialogue kick-starts the official part of the GP2022 and takes stock of progress towards disaster risk reduction commitments at global, regional, national and local level.

Early Warning and Early Action will be the center of Thematic Session 15 of the seventh session of the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction.

This Thematic Session at the GP2022 will discuss current data challenges related to disaster risk reduction and identify possible solutions.

This GP2022 session will discuss the use of data, governance and effective practices in disaster risk reduction (DRR) strategies and policies as a means to address disaster and climate displacement.

This GP2022 session will discuss the importance of embedding risk considerations into investment decisions and the means to catalyze action to better align public and private investment strategies, operations and activities with the Sendai Framework.
